Thanks for booking directly with York Holiday. York Holiday is a trading name of Matthew Bloch & Alice Tomlinson - by booking on our site, your booking contract is directly with us. A few basic terms: * Your booking will start at 4pm on the day of arrival, and end at 11am on the day of departure. * You may cancel 14 days in advance and receive a full refund. * You may cancel 7 days in advance and receive a 50% refund. If you need to cancel please email matthew@york.holiday and I'll process it for you. You can enjoy yourself in our properties, but you must agree to: * No smoking or vaping indoors - most guests hate the smell of smoke and it costs us around £200 to fumigate in a hurry. * Keep the noise to a sociable level - there are neighbours! * You may not host parties, and your booking will be cancelled without refund if you do so.
